Digital Marketing Project Manager

A leader in the personal growth industry, Mastin Kipp, is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to drive cross-functional marketing projects across the company.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years experience working in the digital online business world with both creative and technology based projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate project ownership and accountability. 

We are looking for someone that has experience in creating and executing on digital marketing projects that include online product launches, product delivery, social media and list building.

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will be experienced in directing and managing online projects from beginning to end, developing and managing project timelines and execution to hit business objectives.. It's about making a difference, going for results and knocking down walls and promoting a strong culture of excellence.

This is a full time, long term contracted position. You will need strong work ethic, strong organizational skills and take pride in your self-management skills since this is a virtual position. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Serve as the main point of contact to the busy CEO/President and ability to take their vision and turn it into project plans and make it happen.

Oversight and coordination of various marketing and operation based projects including managing team members within those projects.

You can provide kind but firm confrontation to keep projects on track and team accountable.

Creating and overseeing details of marketing & sales initiatives, content marketing and product delivery.

Develop online marketing strategies that include list building, prospect engagement, developing email campaigns, launch plans and conversion tracking.   

Uphold a high level of quality including acting as final reviewer of content and appropriate approvals before release for quality assurance.

Strong team integration: ongoing communication with Customer Service to have pulse on the company details at all times.

Help to develop internal best practices and and workflow ideas for anything pertaining to content creation, management, operations and marketing.

The day-to-day responsibilities in this role will shift with business direction and ability to work with fast changing priorities is a must.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1-5 years experience (depending on type of online experience) with digital content creation/online marketing management, including a deep understanding of online marketing tools, platforms, technologies and following emerging trends
  • Amazing people skills, allowing you to influence, motivate and coordinate various team members
  • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills
  • Critical thinking skills to determine, clarify and create project plans, deliverables, risks and timelines
  • Strong desire to drive projects from inception to completion and everything in between

BONUS POINT SKILLS:

  • Experience in  fast growing entrepreneur based business
  • Background in web design and interactive technology
  • Virtual teams are not new to you
  • Infusionsoft/Shoppingcart experience
