We are looking for someone that loves helping people, has strong work ethic, is not afraid of technology and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities while simultaneously executing at a high level on a small, fast moving team.
This is for a full time, contractor position as a Customer Support Specialist, you can work virtually from your location of choice but if you are looking for a 9-5, Monday - Friday job, this isn't for you. As a fast growing, world wide company, we can't always fit things into a "normal" work week.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling customer service related tasks and administrative support of a fast moving, entrepreneur based business. They will be a positive, proactive, friendly and enthusiastic individual who is great at providing a high level of direct customer service and various administrative tasks while creating/documenting systems and process for scalability and growth.
They will have experience with customer service software, excellent verbal and written communication skills and familiar with email marketing systems, shopping cart management and other essential elements of business tech, with meticulous attention to detail.
